Good quality, a bit slow

I ordered a set of Holiday Cards and they came out really nice. The card stock felt premium and the printing was sharp. My only small complaint is that shipping took 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but a quicker delivery option would be great.

Loved my photo book!

I just got my Hardcover Photo Book and it's fantastic! The photos look so vibrant, and the quality is just amazing. Building it was so easy with their design tools. I will definitely be ordering again! Seriously, you have to try it.

Does mixbook have like, a first-time customer discount? Or any deals for new users?

J Jared Marsh 2 months ago

Yep, they usually have something for first-timers. Check their website or sign up for their email list, they often send a code that way.

J Jared 2 months ago

I think I got like 50% off my first photo book when I signed up for their newsletter a while back. Always worth checking to see if they have one now.

Does anyone know if you can stack coupon codes on Mixbook? I have a percentage off one and also saw a free shipping code.

P Paula P. 2 months ago

Nah, they only let you use one code per order. You have to pick which one gives you the best deal.

E Emma N. 2 months ago

Yeah, unfortunately, it's just one coupon. I tried to use two once and it just took the last one I entered. Pretty standard for most sites though.

Hey, thinking of ordering a photo book for my mom's birthday. How long does shipping usually take to like, California? Don't want it to be late.

J June 2 months ago

Mine took about a week to get to San Jose, but that was standard shipping. If you need it super fast, they have expedited options.

K Kevin 2 months ago

Yeah, it really depends on what shipping you pick. I've gotten stuff pretty quick, but I always plan for at least 7-10 days just in case, especially if it's a gift.

Is Mixbook actually good quality? I've used Shutterfly before and it was okay, but looking for something a bit nicer for a wedding album.

J Josh Torres 2 months ago

I think it's definitely better than Shutterfly for photo books. The paper and print quality just feel more premium. I was super happy with my lay-flat book.

C Cleo 2 months ago

Yeah, I switched from Shutterfly to Mixbook for my yearly family albums and I'm really impressed. The colors are way more accurate, and the binding feels sturdier. Their AI design tools also make it easier to get a really professional look without much effort.

What's the deal with returns if I hate what I get? Is it a hassle?

R Rachel Q. 3 months ago

I had to return a card order once because I made a typo (my fault) and it was pretty easy. They were cool about it and gave me credit.

C Colin J. 2 months ago

They have a 'happiness guarantee' or something like that. If you're not totally satisfied, you can contact their support. I haven't had to return anything myself, but I've heard they're pretty good about making it right.
